MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS OF 2007-2008

Miss Priya Shaji of the Final Year B.A English won Ist rank in the University examination of March 2008.

Miss Leena S. T of the Final Year B.A Psychology won Ist rank in the University examination of March 2008.

Department of Chemistry has been identified by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, for the financial support under FIST program to strengthen the Post Graduate Teaching and Research facilities. A sum of Rs 43.6 lakhs is sanctioned by the Ministry of Science and Technology for the implementation of the Project.

A building grant of Rs 1 Crore has been sanctioned by the UGC under Xth plan for the construction of a women’s hostel in the college campus.
